Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner runs this toll-free hotline at 1 (800) 562-6900. SHIBA provides free, unbiased health care coverage counseling to people of all ages. 

BenefitsCheckUp 

BenefitsCheckUp is a free service from the National Council on Aging (NCOA). The BenefitsCheckUp asks a series of questions to identify which benefits may help users save money and cover expenses. 

Medicare Rights Center 

Medicare Rights Center works to ensure access to affordable health care for older adults and people with disabilities through counseling and advocacy, educational programs, and public policy initiatives.
